I'm Nancy Gutteridge! As a passionate dog trainer, and now a solo dog boarder, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and training for your beloved dog. With my background in client care and animal handling, I am able to provide a well-rounded approach to both dog training and solo boarding that focuses on the needs of the dog and the owner. Let's work together to create a happy and well-behaved furry friend!

My Story
I studied Zoology at the University of Nottingham focusing on multiple modules including Animal Behaviour. I then worked in client care within the veterinary industry and have recently found my passion for dog training with the IMDT and The Dog School! I am currently an IMDT member with the OCN Accredited Certification; 'Principles of Dog Training and Behaviour' Level 3.

Working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and behaviours, I have found that the most effective training solutions are modern, science-based methods, grounded in reward-based positive reinforcement. Constantly improving my dog training skills, I regularly attend training courses, held by expert dog trainers, which I will update you on via social media!

Our solo boarding experience is all about one-on-one attention in a peaceful, stress-free environment. No crowded kennels, no chaos—just your dog, getting the dedicated love and care they need to feel safe, relaxed, and right at home. With spacious accommodations, plenty of exercise, and a whole lot of heart, your dog will be treated like one of the family from start to finish.
